1:1 COACHING

Do you wish to find more ease, joy and freedom in speaking publicly? Perhaps you are looking for more clarity and confidence or discovering there is just more to say and feel. Whatever the reason is that brought you here, we can work together to design our sessions to support your needs.

You will come away with the awareness and freedom that can truly be the game changer.

Working privately with me is $165 + GST per session. A minimum of 3 sessions is optimal to feel a shift toward embodied change - but let's chat about what you're after.

WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE -

1. DISCOVERY CALL

Our initial consultation is when I get to know a little bit more about you, what your challenges are and how I can help you. We can chat over the phone or video call. If you are looking to improve your media performance, this is when you could share those with me so I can review them before our first session.

2. PLAN DEVELOPMENT

After our discovery session, I will create a plan to address your challenges. Once we have discussed this we can agree on the scope and duration of our time together. Typically this is between 3 and 12 sessions. We might actually achieve this is our discovery call too.

3. GETTING TOGETHER

Each session consists of:

Preparation of exercises and information for our session
50 minute session over zoom or in person
Personalized video of your practise exercises to do before we meet again (optional)
Follow up notes and supplementary materials for your reference

Once we're booked!

Once your session(s) are booked, you'll receive an email confirmation with the date, time, and Zoom link.

Payment: 24 hours before each session, you'll receive an invoice with payment options. Payment can be made anytime before the session, but is expected immediately following it unless we've made other arrangements. You're welcome to pay for multiple sessions at once.

Cancellations: I don't charge cancellation fees, but I appreciate as much notice as possible — at least 24 hours when life allows. I know things come up!

Cancel 24+ hours in advance: full refund
Cancel within 24 hours: if session has already been paid, it is held as a credit
If either of us needs to cancel future prepaid sessions, you'll receive a full refund for any remaining, unused sessions.
