There are so many reasons why people seek voice coaching. We start with your "why" and then we figure out the how and when. These sessions are creative and playful aimed at finding and supporting your voice so you feel that you can reveal and share it with others. The number of sessions will vary according to the nature of your needs.

Finding your voice in the workplace isn't always easy. Do you have members on your team who could really benefit from voice work? Would you like to work in a group setting? Small group "playshops" are available in person and on Zoom. This service is delivered in a half day, one day or two day format.
Meetings and PRESENTATIONS
Even if you know your audience, speaking in front of them can still be daunting. Virtual meetings and panels make it even harder to connect with and engage your audience not to mention when you can't even see them! This service is packaged as 2 individual sessions specifically targeted towards setting you up online.

"Lean in, your Voice is Listening "is a Polyvagal informed approach to voice work. Classes occur regularly throughout the year on zoom and run for 4 weeks each time. These group classes will connect you with others around the world.
